Due to the COVID restriction the restaurant is currently operating for take-away and deliveries through Bolt and Wolt applications. The opening hours are from 11 am till 11 pm.
Thai cuisine is a balanced combination of five flavors: sour, sweet, salty, bitter, and spicy. It combines vegetables, fish, and other meat cooked with many spices such as garlic, chili, coconut, lemongrass, ginger, coriander, basil, soy, and more. All of these ingredients form a wide range of flavors, making it wanting more and more. The cuisine and the food are influenced by Chinese and Indian cooking art, but they blend it all nicely creating their own original cooking art with very tasty dishes.
At Pad Thai Kitchen everything is authentically prepared. Let's start that they have an organic farm where they grow their own vegetables and plants. The main chef in the kitchen and all the staff are Thai people, so they certainly try to transfer the Thai culture and tradition in the food they prepare and serve for their customers.

Their menu has variety big portions of dishes. Rice is the main ingredient, but there are also noodle recipes, meat, fish and vegetables.
I had the opportunity to try a few of their recipes and I really enjoyed the food.

The portions are really big and rich with ingredients, which I never manage to finish at one go. So, I eat it twice. :)
The staff is really caring and kind, and they always welcome the customers with a smile. They write their own messages, and smileys for the customers to greet them and wish them a happy day, showing their gratitude for each order they have.
Pad Thai Kitchen is deferentially the best Thai restaurant in Malta, and I highly recommend you to try their food. Find them on Bolt or Wolt, or jump to their kitchen in Jungle Joy in Gzira. You will not be disappointed.
